Jonathan Hard is a businessman, veteran, and family man who is working to earn the trust of District 7. Jonathan believes that together we can build a stronger community for our families, friends, and neighbors. Stand with Jonathan as he leads our state to a brighter future.
Jonathan is the CEO and President of H2L Solutions, Inc. (H2L). H2L specializes in Cyber & Information Assurance and provides Cyber Security solutions for government and commercial customers. Jonathan is a sought after speaker in the field, and has presented to Infragard, ISACA, ASIS, NCMA, NCMS regional conference and many other events on the subject of Safeguarding Covered Defense Information in compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012 clause.
Jonathan has been an information technology and security professional since 2008. Prior to founding H2L, Jonathan served as a Cyber Security Engineer in the Defense Industry. He served in the Alabama National Guard for 12 years; during that time, he graduated from Infantry Officer Basic Course, Ranger school, Airborne school, and served on the front lines during a tour in Iraq as an infantry officer.
Jonathan maintains an active involvement in several community service organizations including position on the Board of Directors of The Harris Home for Children, the Huntsville Association of Small Business in Advanced Technology (HASBAT), the Woman’s Business Center of North Alabama (WBNCA), and the American Cancer Society’s Summer Lights Gala Event. He received his degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and continues to have a strong relationship with the University.
Erin McCulley is proud to be a Huntsville native. She attended Randolph School and Faith Covenant, graduating early as Valedictorian and being featured in Who's Who Among American High-school students prior to attending UAH. At the University she studied political science and served as the Vice President of the SGA.
After working in the field of clinical research for 13 years, she founded E Squared Research Inc.; a multi-indicational clinical research site servicing patients from across North Alabama. Her clinics partner with healthcare providers across the area to maximize access for all patients, regardless of insurance status or financial situation. Not a single dollar of patient care has ever been billed to a patient or to any form of government funding.
Outside of work, Erin is a proud mother who enjoys her large family with five children, whose ages range from 11 to two. She has a deep passion for her community, volunteering as a tutor and mentor with Big Brother/Big Sister, serving as a probono tutor for students of all ages, and avidly supporting countless nonprofits and public service groups.
